Heat-exchange element for cooling cover

The cooling panel is made up of an array of cooling element each comprising a metal strip (1) with cooling strips (2) clamped onto the rear face with a thermal contact. Adhesive applied to holes in the edges of the cooling strips secured them to the cooling element without an intermediate layer of adhesive. The cooling strips have ducts for cooling liquid and have two outer flanges for a wide thermal contact area. The adhesive is applied to holes in the flanges and the gaps between adjacent flanges can be covered with cover strips (5.1)
