Motor vehicle wheel rim and brake disc assembly

The wheel has a rim and disc brake mounted on a hub (14) with internal wheel bearings. The hub has radially outwardly extending tongues for receiving a brake disc fastened by screws for location. The disc has a tubular slotted flange. The width (21) and height (22) of the slots (23) are greater than those of the tongues (16) so that the disc has limited relative rotation on the hub. The disc can be mounted on the wheel hub flange (7) without play.
