摘要 In a method of heating the interior of a vehicle driven by an internal combustion engine having injection valves 11, the injection of the fuel is controlled by at least one control unit 10. The waste heat, which is given off by the internal combustion engine to a cooling medium 4, is supplied, via a heat exchanger 6, to a heating system for the vehicle interior. The fuel injection, as a function of the engine operating point, is controlled, when the heat given off by the cooling medium 4 to the heat exchanger 6 is too low, in such a manner that an injection of fuel is delayed - relative to the optimum injection point for the performance of the internal combustion engine - by the control unit 10 at low-load operating points.
