The rim (1) has a rim-key (2) made of plastics with a fastening (3) formed as a connector body (4) having a radially extending flange (6) with respect to the axially extending nave (7). The flange has axially extending through bores (8) for screw fastenings (9) or nuts extending axially. The central nut (15) can have threads to allow threading onto the corresponding threads on the nave (7) to hold the connector body under the rim key. Between the rim key and the flange (6) of the connector is mounted a ring (26) for carrying a rotary force.
