A measurement sensor, in particular to determine the oxygen content of exhaust fumes of internal combustion engines, has a sensor element (16) fixed in a gas-tight manner in a metallic housing (14) and a sealing flange (60) arranged on the housing (14) and set on a sealing seat (76) shaped on an exhaust fume system (11). An union nut (80) arranged on the housing (14) can be screwed into the thread (78) of an opening (70) in the exhaust fume system (11) and presses the sealing flange (60) on the sealing seat (76). The housing (14) has a housing part (12) at the side of the measurement gas and a housing part (13) at the coupling side. The sealing flange (60) is arranged on the housing part (13) at the coupling side and is shaped from the material of the housing part (13) at the coupling side.
