Leg trainer using weights

The leg trainer incorporates a support face (1) against which the user puts his feet. The user either lies on a surface (3a) or sits up and leans against a backrest (3b). The surface and the backrest are part of a slide (2). By pushing with his feet against the support face the user can move the slide backwards. The slide is attached by belts, which run over pulleys, to weights (5), which are raised when the slide is moved back.
