摘要 Each eccentric bushing (4) has several holes (7) and is connected to an arrester disc (6) as engaged during stroke adjustment by a frame-fitted arrest bolt (14). One end of a torquing bolt (8) in each eccentric wheel (3) is piston-faced and driven off pressurised oil into one of the bush holes (7). The oil reaches the piston face via hydraulic channels in the wheel bolt and in the wheel itself (3). If the holes are in the bushing endface, the bolt (8) adjusts axially in a hole in the wheel registering with the bushing hole (7). The holes (7) should be in the wider half of the bushing endface and the associated wheel (3) has two 180 deg-offset bolts (8) so only one bolt engages the bushing hole each time. Initiators (11) on the wheel surface monitor the bolt (8) positions and their signals are transmitted without wires to press-mounted emitters. Initiators on the fixed arrester unit monitor the positions of the arrester bolt (14) and the wheels (3) should be geared to an angle coder. Oil power feed is derived from the press oil lubricator unit.
