The sanitary fitting has a wall holder (1) with base plate (11) for fixing the fitting to a wall and hollow body (12) for holding an interchangeable holder. The wall holder has at least one detent cam (2) into which a cap support (3) can be fitted so that decorative rings can be pushed on to the cap support and the covering cap (4) can be clipped on. The base plate has a dome (13) formed by a hollow cylinder moulded out perpendicularly to the base plate so that the cam is pressed non-detachably into same.
