<p>PURPOSE:To identify a card with high accuracy by forming the surface height of a card substrate uneven, and providing a magnetic layer on an uneven surface. CONSTITUTION:A surface 11a of one side of a card substrate 11 is finished in a condition to be always rough at the time of working the substrate, and the height of the surface is made uneven. On the surface 11a, a prescribed magnetic substance 13 is applied so as to make a surface a specified height. Consequently, the thickness of a magnetic layer 12 formed by the magnetic substance 13 is made different according to the position, and even when information is written with the same intensity, a strong magnetization is executed in a position where the thickness of the polar layer 12 is large, and the weak magnetization is executed in the position where the thickness is small. Namely, the recording level of data is made uneven, and the card identification to utilize the level difference can be executed. Thus, the identification of the card can be executed with very high accuracy.</p> |
