PURPOSE:To perfectly eliminate an accompanying phenomenon and to certainly perform counting at every predetermined number, by providing a rotary screw having 2-3 spiral blades between a feed roller and a back stopper and mounting a partition body in integrated relation to specific two sets of pushers. CONSTITUTION:Folded corrugated cardboard boxes A1, A2 are sent out by feed rollers 1, 1' and passed between the blades of a rotary screw 6 to be mounted on a feed belt 2 and accumulated and stored between the rotary screw 6 and a back stopper 5. When said boxes become a predetermined number, the first pusher 7a is moved from the right to the left and a partition body 8 is inserted under the lowermost corrugated cardboard box of the accumulated and stored ones to clearly divide the upper and lower corrugated cardboard box groups. When the bottom of the lowermost one of the corrugated cardboard boxes of the upper group rises to the same level as the height of the back stopper 5, a pusher bar 7 is further moved from the right to the left to move a predetermined number of the corrugated cardboard boxes to a feed conveyor 9. The second pusher bar 7b is moved from the right to the left when the next corrugated cardboard box group becomes the predetermined number and operated in the same way as the pusher 7a. |
