FIELD: oil extraction, horizontal boreholes drilling, casing and cementing. SUBSTANCE: method allows to decrease significantly time period, materials and labour costs during horizontal boreholes drilling, casing and cementing. Method allows to avoid formation of chute at site of transition of inclined borehole into horizontal one and chute formation causing complications. Method allows to exercise free penetration of studying and examining devices along main borehole to borehole bottom, optimal shape of horizontal borehole is achieved, normal conditions of oil extraction are provided. Method of horizontal boreholes drilling, casing and cementing provides for horizontal boreholes drilling, stepped fastening of borehole by metal pipes of intermediate casing and flow strings. Intermediate casing string fastening is exercised above productive stratum and flow string fastening is realized by casing pipes entry in productive stratum till given value, after that borehole drilling is exercised by drilling bit of diameter, that is smaller, than diameter of main borehole using open hammering to project value. EFFECT: method allows to decreased borehole drilling time period, material and labour consumption, to avoid complications and to provide oil extraction normal conditions. 2 dwg |
