PURPOSE:To sufficiently increase the rigidity of a bottom surface by providing impregnated reinforcing layers composed in impregnating a polyurethane resin at the bottom surface side in at least two layers or above in a seat cushion body composed of a polyurethane foaming body. CONSTITUTION:An impregnating character reinforcing member 22a is mounted in a cavity upper part 28, a polyurethane foaming body raw material 20a is injected into a mold cavity 28, and a foaming body to unify an impregnated reinforcing layer 22 composed in impregnating the raw material 20a into the reinforcing material 22a on the bottom surface of a polyurethane foaming body 18 is foam-formed. The foaming body is shifted into the other mold so that the impregnated reinforcing layer 22 can be made upper, and a new impregnating character reinforcing material 24a is mounted in the mold cavity upper part. Next, a polyurethane foaming raw material 20b is injected onto the impregnated reinforcing layer 22 on the foaming body 18 bottom surface to exist in the mold cavity, and the foaming body composed in unitedly providing the new impregnated reinforcing layer 24 composed in impregnating the raw material 20b into the reinforcing material 24a on the reinforcing layer 22 is formed. Such an action is repeated and the reinforcing layers in two or more layers are formed. |
