A lignite manure is created based on the lignite substrate, where an average graining measure of components is 0,1 up to 10 mm and they contain 79 up to 88 weight percent of organic compounds in solids, while minimum 20 weight percent is represented by humine acids, containing minimum 0,7 weight percent of calcium and minimum 0,2 weight percent of magnesium, the content of chromium is represented up to 24 ppm, arsenic up to 5 ppm, lead up to 3 ppm and cadmium up to 1 ppm.
