Bearing for rolls

A mounting with temperature resistant ball bearings, for rollers in molten metal baths, has races (3, 4) with exclusively radially loaded tracks (8, 9), having reduced conformity to the balls (5), and axial support elements, preferably ceramic balls (10), arranged centrally in the region of the end faces (11) of the roller journals (6). Preferably, one race (3) has the reduced conformity and the other race (4) has a cylindrical track (8).
