摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance the dimensional stability, pressure resistance and appearance of a fiber reinforced resin pipe equipped with metal pipes and to sufficiently prevent the leakage of an internal medium when said pipe is used as a pressure container by laminating a staple fiber reinforced resin layer to the outer peripheral surface of the inner layer corresponding to the metal pipes. CONSTITUTION:An inner layer 4 is formed to a fiber reinforced resin pipe equipped with metal pipes 1 by arranging a large number of bundle-shaped resin impregnated long fibers in the longitudinal (axial) direction thereof so that the fiber angle thereof in the pipe axial direction becomes almost 0 deg.. An outer layer 3 is formed to the fiber reinforced resin pipe equipped with metal pipes by arranging the bundle-shaped resin impregnated long fibers in the peripheral direction of said pipe so that the fiber angle thereof in the pipe axial direction becomes almost 90 deg.. This outer layer 3 is not wound around the whole region of the inner layer 4 but arranged to the outer peripheral surface of the inner layer 4 corresponding to a straight body part 6 or arranged to the outer peripheral surface of the inner layer 4 corresponding to the straight body part 6 and the part from the straight body part to the inner end parts of the metal pipes. A staple fiber reinforced resin layer 2 is laminated to the outer peripheral surface of the inner layer 4 having no outer layer 3 arranged thereto.
