PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency in pull-out process and automate properly for mass production by a device wherein toothed parts strike on a rubber bent tube for holding it when a holding member is moved to one end part of the rubber bent tube and the toothed parts bite the periphery of the rubber bent tube in that state. CONSTITUTION:A holding member 10 for holding a rubber bent tube 1 on a mandrel 2 is movably provided on the axis of the rubber bent tube 1. A plurality of claws 12 surrounding the rubber bent tube 1 and divided in the peripheral direction are provided at the holding member 10. A toothed part 16 having saw-toothed shape is formed at each claw 12. A diameter of a tip circle to be formed by binding the tips of the toothed parts of the claws 12 is made to be smaller than the outer diameter of the rubber bent tube 1. When the holding member 10 moves toward one end of the rubber bent tube 1, a holding work where the toothed parts 16 strike on the periphery of the rubber bent tube 1 so as to hold it and a biting work where the toothed parts 16 bite the periphery of the rubber bent tube 1 in a state that it is holding the rubber bent tube 1 are performed.
