FIELD: packing; production of containers. SUBSTANCE: method comes to marking out and separately forming first and second tapes of packing material by multiple cross bending and subsequent assembling of separate parts into article. Side walls and bottom of inner box are made from first tape by multiple bending, and then longitudinal cuts parallel to tape edges are made on remaining portion of taps to form strips whose length, width and number corresponds to number and sizes of container pockets. From above-indicated remaining portion of first tape and formed strips, vertical cross folds of same or different height are formed inside above-indicated box to form pockets. Two end face walls of inner box with flaps are made separately and then are fastened to box by placing flaps of end face walls between vertical folds of side walls of inner box. Outer box with open end faces is formed from second tape by multiple bending. EFFECT: enhanced quality of packing. 5 dwg |
