摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To remove hydrogen chloride efficiently and recover the heat without corroding any heat transfer tube by a method wherein a refuse, containing chlorine compound, is gassfied in a fluidized layer, in which quicklime is employed as fluidizing medium. CONSTITUTION:Chlorine compound-containing refuse is thrown into a lower stage fluidized layer 10, in which quicklime, fluidized by air sent into a fluidized layer gassifying furnace 12, is employed as fluidizing medium. The temperature of the lower stage fluidized layer 10 is set at 450-550 deg.C and a part of the thrown refuse is burnt in reducing atmosphere while the balance of it is gassified. Hydrogen chloride, generated from the refuse, is changed into calcium chloride and is discharged out of a discharging conduit 32 together with unburnt matters. Desalted combustion gas, generated in the gassifying furnace 12, is sent into the upper stage fluidized layer 16 of a fluidized layer combustion furnace 14 and is mixed there with secondary air, then, perfect combustion is effected at 800-900 deg.C, then, heat exchange is effected between the quicklime and heat transfer tubes 42 in the layer. According to this method, hydrogen chloride can be removed efficiently and heat can be recovered without corroding any heat transfer tube 42 in a high-temperature zone.</p>
