<p>PURPOSE:To dispense with the moving of a large transformer at the time of induction heating by constituting a heating coil, in a high frequency heating device, of a primary coil, secondary coil which is serially connected vertically movably inside the primary coil, and a work coil. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency heating device 101 is constituted of a high frequency transformer 16, an annular primary coil 11 which is taken out by a lead wire 15 of the output terminal 16a, 16b of the transformer, an annular secondary coil 12 which is movable in the vertical direction A, B along the axial line 11a of and inside the primary coil, and a work coil 13 which is serially connected to the secondary coil 12 at the cut point 12a with a connecting conductor 14. When a material to be processed is heated by a high frequency induction electric power, after a combined body of the secondary coil 12, connecting conductor 14 and roll coil 13 is moved in the vertical direction A by a moving device 17, the object to be processed is placed underneath, the work coil 13 is lowered downward direction B to come close to the heating surface of the object to be processed, and then the object is electrically heated. There is no need to vertically move the heavy transformer 16, and thus a high frequency induction heating is applied by a simple method on the object to be processed.</p> |
