FIELD: dual bar rolling with longitudinal in-flow separation of rolled products in mill. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing roughing and intermediate passes for producing round rolling billets; making diamond pass with horizontal long axis and with two centrally symmetrical convexities on its opposite faces and diagonal square pass with rounded ribs and convex faces; making roughing dual pass, separating pass, leader passes and finishing passes for two-strand rolling of profiles. EFFECT: increased efficiency by stabilized process of setting front end of rolled billets upon tilting, wider operational capabilities by increased range of sizes of rolled bars and improved yield. 3 dwg
