FIELD: heat treatment of steel; applicable in hardening of tubular parts, particular, hollow rollers of steel of low and regulated hardness for rolling bearings. SUBSTANCE: device for parts cooling consists of hardening chamber, coolant supply inlet and load-supply inlet. Hardening chamber is additionally provided with centering plates and deflectors of water flow and installed coaxially with loading inlet which is joined with guides for transferring the parts to hardening chamber, and coolant supply inlet has through slots on cone- shaped adapter. EFFECT: provision of high intensity of cooling of all hardened surfaces of parts (external, internal and end) of steel of low and regulated hardness. |
