PURPOSE:To prevent a bleeding phenomenon occurring between different ink colors or different gradations even with the use of plain paper or the like other than special-purpose paper by remarkably increasing an interfacial tension between solvents of two or more types of recording liquid. CONSTITUTION:The type of an oil ink is selected so that the interfacial tension of the oil ink liquid is higher than that of an aqueous ink liquid. Firstly, by a command from a control circuit, a color 8 made of the aqueous ink is jetted out from a nozzle 2 to adhere to a right part of paper 5 across an arrow 9. Then, the aqueous ink liquid 8 is infiltrated and sucked into the paper 5. Thereafter, a color 8' made of the oil ink liquid is jetted out from the nozzle 2 to adhere to the left part across the arrow 9. Then, the oil ink liquid 8' is infiltrated and sucked into the paper 5. Here, because the aqueous ink liquid 8 and the oil ink liquid 8' are incompatible with each other, a bleeding phenomenon never occurs between both the ink liquids 8 and 8', a boundary part 9 forms a sharp profile line, and a fixed image with a high resolving power can be obtained. |
