Electrical circuit arrangement for operating lamps

The switching arrangement has a printed circuit card (5) on which are mounted electrical components (14) and conductor tracks (7,19,20). At intervals the card is subject to potential changes and an equipotential surface (6) is provided to reduce radio interference caused by the potential changes. The equipotential surface is connected to a potential which, relative to the rapid potential changes, is steady and the surface is located close to the upper or lower side of the printed circuit card. The equipotential surface can be connected by a solder or wire bridge through a hole in the card to a zero potential track.
