Disclosed is a transdermal therapeutic system in the form of plaster with stratified structure, consisting of the back layer glued to the reservoir of the active substance, optionally membra ne controlling the flow of the active substance or additional lay er glued to the skin and releasable protective foil, containing s copolamine base as an active substance, in which the layers of th e plaster contain as a basic polymer copolymers of acrylic or met acrylic acid derivatives with polar groups, polymers by themselve s or together with polar additional substances have dissolving ab ility for scopolamine base 10 to 30 wt. % and contain scopolamine base in the concentration, which is equivalent to 50 to 100 wt. % of the solubility in the saturation, particularly 60 to 100 % o f the solubility related to the total amount of the vehicular for mulation.
