PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent heat resistance and wet heat resistance even when polyarylate that the electric resistance value of a transparent conductive laminate is varied by heat treatment and wet heat treatment when the laminate is formed is used as a base. SOLUTION: An amorphous transparent conductive layer formed of oxide mainly formed of indium and tin and having specific resistence of l×10<12>Ωcm or more is formed on a polyarylate molding in a high oxygen concentration atmosphere by a sputtering method, and the layer is formed to an amorphous transparent conductive layer having specific resistance of less than l×10<-2>Ωcm.
