<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem such as the damping force of a damper device becomes unstable due to the space between a supporting member and a rotary body, by suppressing the generation of the space in the manner of adding an extremely simple structure. SOLUTION: The rotary body 5 rotating in accordance with the turning of a turning member is arranged between the supporting member 2 and the turning member 3 while being rotatably supported with the supporting member at the position deviated from a rotational center of the turning member, and the oil standing against the rotation of the rotary body is interposed between the rotary body and the supporting member, then a protruding part 8 is arranged on the turning member, and when the turning member is turned so that the free end attains the descending position from the ascending position, the protruding part is abutted on the rotary body around the descending position so as to be pressed onto the supporting member.</p> |
