<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial dental root used for maintaining an artificial tooth in case of a degenerated and broken dentary due to a disease in an oral cavity such as a thin, low and degenerated dentary or alveolar pyorrehea, or a traffic injury. SOLUTION: An artificial dental root 1 is provided with a protrusion 2 to protrude outward from the middle part of a cylindrical or elliptic cylindrical strut 3 and comprises a hydroxyapatite 12 coated on the surface thereof. This artificial dental root 1 is buried between an artificial tooth 4 and a dentary 5, and the artificial tooth 4 is fixed to the dentary 5 and a gingiva 6 with an adhesive 9. Thereby the artificial dental root capable of being buried on the side of thin and low dentary, with a conjunction of bone stronger than the conventional products, can be formed.</p> |
