PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease toner consumption by means of the toner recycling, and to form a stable image minimizing deterioration of image density or fogging. SOLUTION: By means of this device 2, the toner recycled by the toner recycling mechanism 20 is mixed, by the toner mixing part 21, with the toner fed to a developing device 14 through the toner replenishing part 15 by a prescribed ratio. Moreover, a ratio for mixing the recycled toner with the toner from the toner replenishing part 15, is controlled by a CPU so that a quantity of the recycled toner is reduced, in accordance with the increase of the image forming frequency. Therefore, the image density developed, is prevented from becoming unstable, by the toner whose property is unstable that occurs in the case of repeatingly developing the electrostatic latent image while recycling the toner by the toner recycling mechanism 20. |
