PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate burrs produced in a hole line with a medium provided for eliminating burrs so as to have play in a hole formed in a material to be processed. SOLUTION: A processed material 1 having a ball body 3 fitted in a hole 9 is transferred between a medium driving device 5 and a separation part 12 on a conveyor 2, blown out from an air jetting-out nozzle 13 and brought into contact with air flowing through the opening of an interval maintaining member 4. At this time, the ball body 3 is moved in the hole 9 and clashes with the wall surface of the hole 9, particularly its corner edgeline part, or another ball body 3 inside the hole 9, but since the interval maintaining member 4 exists in a direction opposite the conveyor 2, the ball body 3 clashes with this member and thus its jumping out from the hole 9 is prevented. By clashing between the wall surface of the hole 9, particularly its corner ridgeline part, and the ball body 3, burrs are detached, ground and then eliminated. |
