PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition bakable at a low temperature, having practically sufficient transverse rupture strength, low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss and suitable for a multi-layer ceramic circuit board by compound α-quartz to a borosilicate glass having a specific composition and a strontium feldspar. SOLUTION: This ceramics substrate composition contains (A) 65-75vol.% of aborosilicate glass composed of 53-63mol% of SiO2 , 4.3-10.5mol% of Al2 O3 , 25-30ml% of BE2 O3 and 2.2-9.1mol% of SrO in terms of oxide of each element, (B) 25-35vol.% of a strontium feldspar having a composition falling in a triangle or on each side of the triangle formed by connecting the points A, B and C in a ternary system composition diagram drawn by using the molar ratios of SiO2 , SrO and Al2 O3 in terms of oxide of each element as the coordinate axes, X, Y and Z (the sum of X to Z is 1), respectively and (C) 0-10vol.% of α-quartz. |
