PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part conveyance device and a method and a mounting system at a low cost, wherein a part holding head is short in traveling time pitch to a stop position and capable of accurately stopping at a stop position. SOLUTION: Twelve pivoting plates 70 are mounted on a stationary shaft 66 fixed to a frame 60 through the intermediary of pairs of bearings 72 in a freely rotatable manner. Each pivoting plate 70 is engaged with one of four drum-shaped cams 90a and 90c to pivot with the rotation of them. The pivoting plates 70 hold a part holding head 120, and the part holding head 120 is guided by a stationary cam 128 to ascend or descend while the pivoting plates 70 are kept pivoting and made to ascend or descend by a part holding head lifting device to suck an electronic part at a part sucking station and mount it on a printed board at a part mounting station. The twelve pivoting plates 70 are made to pivot separately and to stop only at a necessary stop position, so that the part holding head 120 is short in traveling time pitch to a stop position and capable of accurately stopping at a stop position by the cam 128. |
