PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a multilayer film preparation having sufficient adhesion even in the case of high wetness at affected part and capable of preventing dropping off, displacement, etc., of the preparation after application by forming double or triple layers and using powder of adhesive polymer in the adhesive layer or drug-containing layer. SOLUTION: Triple layers composed of a drug layer containing a water-soluble polymer as a base component, a nonbonding layer consisting of a water-insoluble layer placed on one side of the drug layer and an adhesion layer containing an adhesive substance placed on the other side of the drug layer are formed. Alternatively, double layers composed of an adhesion layer containing a drug and a nonbonding layer of a water-insoluble layer are formed. The water-insoluble layer preferably contains a ceramic, a higher fatty acid, a water-insoluble cellulose derivative, etc. A hydroxypropylcellulose, a polyvinyl alcohol, etc., is preferably cited as an example of the water-soluble polymer. A carboxyvinyl polymer, a sodium polyacrylate, etc., is cited as an example of the adhesive substance and it is preferably used in the form of powder. A local anesthetic, an analgesic antiphlogistic, an antiinflammatory steroid, a hemostatic agent, an antifungal agent, etc., is preferably used as the drug component. The preparation can be applied especially in the oral cavity. |
