PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector assembly in which a ground function is heightened for preventing transmission of a high frequency signal by an error. SOLUTION: An electric connector assembly is composed of a plug connector 2 and a receptacle connector 3. An extension lead 9 is formed on a metal shield 6 in the plug connector 2 to be disposed at an alignment part of a terminal 5, and among plural terminals 15 of the receptacle connector 3, at least one terminal 15 is engaged with the extension lead 9 to be electrically continuous. The terminal 15 engaged with the extension lead 9 is used as a ground terminal, thereby a ground function is heightened. |
