<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover valuable metals from incineration ash for effective use of incineration ash. SOLUTION: An incineration ash treatment apparatus includes a melting furnace 9 into which incineration ash containing metal oxides is charged, a reducing gas feeder 10 to supply a reducing gas into the melting furnace 9, and a plasma torch 11 to produce plasma heat flows in the melting furnace 9. Heat exchangers 12 are installed on the downstream side of the plasma heat flows formed in a reducing atmosphere of the melting furnace 9. The heat exchangers 12 are given set temperatures that are melting points of metal atoms produced by reducing metal oxides contained in the incineration ash, and equipped with metal recovery chambers 12a.</p> |
