<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify the water in an inland sea-lake by providing an inflow port under the low-water level of the open sea, extending a downgrade inflow pipe close to the bottom of the lake from the inflow port and furnishing an outflow port having a check valve to the downstream end. SOLUTION: An inflow port 6 is provided under the low-water level of the open sea 1, a downgrade inflow pipe 5 is extended close to the bottom of an inland sea-lake 2 from the inflow port, and a check valve 8 is furnished to an outflow port 7. When the water level of the open sea 1 is raised above the water level in the lake 2 at high tide, the seawater of the open sea 1 flows in close to the bottom of the lake 2 through the inflow pipe 5, and the water level in the lake 2 becomes higher than the water level of the open sea 1. However, since the check valve 8 of the outflow port 7 is closed, the lake water does not pass through the inflow pipe 5 but flows out from the lake mouth, and the water in the lake 2 is purified.</p> |
