<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for coolant easy to handle and capable of keeping an excellent cooling effect. SOLUTION: This sheet for coolant comprises a water absorptive sheet wherein a water absorptive resin is carried on a sheet-like base material and a cooling substance endothermic by contact with the water. The water absorptive resin is formed by polymerization of ethylenic unsaturated monomer contained in the base material. The water absorptive sheet 1 is carried, for example, with the water absorptive resin 2 attached along the surface layer of fiber constituting the base material 3. The cooling substance is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium nitrate, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate and anhydrous sodium sulfate. Thereby the surface area of the water absorptive resin is enlarged, the water-holding capacity of the absorptive sheet is increased and the water taken in the gaps of the water absorptive sheet is prevented from flowing out.</p> |
