<p>Disclosed herein is an ink-jet recording method, which comprises supplying an ink-jet recording head with a water-based ink containing a surfactant in a predetermined amount lower than the critical micelle concentration of the surfactant in the water-based ink (c.m.c in ink), but higher than the critical micelle concentration of the surfactant in purified water (c.m.c. in purified water), thereby conducting recording with the ink on a recording medium.</p> |
