PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food containing a shrimp meat formed by using raw shrimps at least a part of which is ground to form a ground meat and, on the other hand, the rest of the raw shrimps is cut to form small pieces of the shrimp meat, binding at least a part of the small pieces of the shrimp meat with binding parts consisting of the ground meat and further mediating among the small pieces of the shrimp meat bound with the binding part using the wheat flour. SOLUTION: This food containing a shrimp meat is obtained by containing small pieces of a shrimp meat 2, a wheat flour and a starch 4 besides the ground meat of a fish or a shell fish, mediating among the small pieces of shrimp meat 2 with binding parts 3 formed by heating and coagulating the blended ground meat of the fish or the shell fish, binding meat bases formed by binding the small pieces of the shrimp meat with the above binding parts, mediating among the small pieces of the shrimp meat within the shrimp meat bases with the wheat flour and a starch, and also wrapping the shrimp meat bases with the wheat flour and the starch. |
