PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the proliferation of growing microorganisms in a solubilizing tank by solubilizing under a high temp. condition a concentrated liq. of a org. solid matter obtained by subjecting further the precipitated solid matter-containing liq. containing the org. solid matter precipitated at a sedimentation tank to solid-liq. separation. SOLUTION: An org. solid matter-containing waste liq. is introduced to the sedimentation tank 1, and the supernatant liq. (b) obtained by precipitation.separation and low in the conc. of the org. solid matter is treated up to a standard value corresponding to a disposal destination then the supernatant liq. is discharged to a sewerage, etc. On the other hand, a precipitated solid matter-containing liq. (A) precipitated and separated at the sedimentation tank 1 is supplied to a mechanically separating means 2 to be subjected to solid-liq. separation to obtain an org. matter solubilized soln. (d) and an org. solid matter concentrated liq. (C) and the org. matter solubilized soln. (d) is treated together with the supernatant liq. (b) obtained at the sedimentation tank 1 and discharged and abandoned, and the org. solid matter concentrated liq. (C) is introduced to a solubilizing tank 3 to solubilize the solid matter. In this way, the proliferation of the growing microorganisms in the solubilizing tank 3 is suppressed. |
