PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To back up a file without interrupting editor's editing operation by storing data of a file in a backup file based upon a compared result between a normal idle time value and an edition system idle time value. SOLUTION: A previously determined normal change value for determining the timing of backup for inputted data, a real change value 5 to be the timing of practical backup and a normal idle time value 3 to be previously determined time for judging no execution of editing operation are stored in a database 2. On the other, hand, edition system idle time 9 to be idle time generated during the input of practical data is stored in a monitoring system 1. The idle time value 3 is compared with the idle time 9 and data stored in a file 7 are stored in a backup file 8 based upon the compared result. |
