PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable alteration of spatial resolution and sensitivity in a short time without replacing a collimator, by inserting radiation detectors respectively into a plurality of holes provided in the collimator and by varying arbitrarily the depth to the radiation detecting surfaces of these radiation detectors. SOLUTION: A step motor 15 rotates normally or reversely by a prescribed angle. This rotation is transmitted to a lead screw 23 fixed to a rotating shaft of the motor and thereby a connecting plate 9 is moved along guide shafts 19. According to an instruction from a gamma camera control device, detectors 5 are moved simultaneously through collimator holes 3b in the direction of the depth of the holes so that a length from the surface 3a of incidence of radiation of a collimator 3 to the radiation detecting surfaces of the detectors 5 be changed. According to this constitution, spatial resolution and sensitivity can be regulated without replacing the collimator.
