摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate and efficient calibration of a gamma-ray thermometer by calibrating the sensitivity of a zero output detector and a temperature coefficient automatically by providing an FIC system, and by excluding an abnormal channel from measurement of a heat quantity. SOLUTION: In a full-automatic mode, first an operator sets a heater calibration mode from an input means of an FIC unit 4. Moreover, the operator selects full automation from a menu screen. An FIC system 1 executes a calibrating operation. After completion of the calibrating operation, the FIC unit 4 updates a conversion curve automatically on the basis of the result of calibration and displays the sensitivity S0 of a zero output detector and a temperature coefficientαon the curve in a display screen thereof. On the occasion, a channel showing an extraordinary value, if any, is displayed and, when a value shows abnormality, the calibration is retried by an input of instruction of the operator. When the value shows no abnormality or after the retrial is executed, the FIC unit 4 is set in an operation mode by the operation of the operator and the calibration is ended.
