<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a plurality of dielectric units from a large dielectric board at once by dividing the board having electrodes along break lines into dielectric units and polishing a main face of each dielectric unit. SOLUTION: To Groove-like break lines 21a, 21b are cut in mutually perpendicular directions into one main face of a dielectric board 21, then electrodes contg. Ag as a main component are formed at corresponding regions to regions defined by the break lines on the other main face of the board 21 where no break line is formed. A sheet 23 is adhered to the electrode-formed face of the board 21, it is divided along the break lines 21a, 21b into dielectric units 24, the other main face 24a of the unit 24 is polished and the units 24 are separated from the sheet 23. Thus, a plurality of dielectric units 24 are produced from the board 21 at once.</p> |
