发明名称 BONDED ANISOTROPIC MAGNET MANUFACTURING METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a homogeneous bonded anisotropic magnet by mixing an anisotropic magnet powder with specified amt. of thermosetting resin, primarily forming it below the resin softening temp. to provide specified density of resultant compact, heating it over the softening temp. but below the hardening temp., secondarily forming it at specified pressure in a magnetic field and hardening it. SOLUTION: After adding and mixing a thermosetting resin 1-10wt.% with an anisotropic R-Fe-B magnet alloy powder, it is primarily formed below the resin softening temp. to produce a compact having a density of 30-5.7g/cm<3> , it is heated above the softening temp. but below the hardening temp. to secondarily form it at a forming pressure of 2-10Ton/cm<2> in a magnetic field. The formed compact is hardened at 150 deg.C for 1hr to obtain a bonded anisotropic magnet. Thus a homogeneous anisotropic magnet having high magnetic characteristics is produced at high productivity.
