PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food containing a shrimp meat formed by using raw shrimps and binding the small pieces of the shrimp meat with a separately blended ground meat of a fish or a shell fish and a starch, sufficiently keeping most of the flavor of base raw shrimps, giving a soft as well as a rice cracker eat feeling, and also being utilized as a so called shrimp rice cracker. SOLUTION: This food containing a shrimp meat formed by baking a dough containing small pieces of shrimp meat 2 blended with an additive such as a seasoning material, a spice, etc., as desired, is formed by binding a part of or the whole part of the small pieces of the shrimp meat 2 with each other with binding parts 3 formed by heating and coagulating a ground meat of a fish or a shell fish blended with the dough, surrounding the peripheries of the small pieces of the shrimp meat 2 with a starch, and also mediating among the small pieces of the shrimp meat with the starch. |
