摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the adhesion of air bubbles contained in a soln. to be measured to the surface of a pH responding glass membrane and to stably measure the pH value of a very small amt. of a soln. to be measured with good responsiveness by connecting a pulsation generator to a water entering part. SOLUTION: When a soln to be measured is allowed to flow in a water entering part 37 from a supply pipe 45, the pulsated streams generated in a pulsation generator 55 flow into an internal space 39 and impinge against the surface of the end part of a glass electrode part 22 to rise along the surface of a pH responding glass membrane while revolving. Since the flow at this time is non-steady, when the soln. to be measured contain air bubbles, air bubbles ready to adhere to the surface of the pH responding glass membrane are prevented from adhering to the glass electrode part 22 and bonded air bubbles are again peeled. There is a tendency such that air bubble are easily stored in a part slow in flow velocity like a dead water region but, in the case of pulsated streams, the air bubbles within this region are easily removed by the effect of main flow and air bubble removing efficiency is enhanced. By this constitution, an ion water maker fitted with a pH sensor excellent in the stability of a display value is obtained.
