PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to freely move a form unit by automating a power supply to a vibrating motor mounted directly at the form unit of concrete secondary product. SOLUTION: A power receiving implement 8 for receiving the drive power of a vibrating motor 7 is mounted at a form base 5 for fixing a form 6 for mounting the motor 7 to constitute a form unit 4. A power supplying implement 12 opposed to the implement 8 of the unit 4 is installed on the moving passage of the unit 4. The implement 12 is attachable to or detachable from the implement 8. When the implement 12 is brought into contact with the implement 8, the power is supplied to the motor 7.
