PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic rotational angle sensor capable of obtaining a uniform sensitiveness insusceptible of a measuring position, by a method wherein a parallel magnetic field in a specific direction is uniformly generated in an inner space of a magnetic circuit and the magnetic sensor is rotated in the inner space of the magnetic circuit, then a relative angle between the magnetic sensor and the magnetic circuit is measured in a non-contact manner. SOLUTION: In a magnetic rotational angle sensor 100, a parallel magnetic field in an X direction is uniformly generated in an inner space of a magnetic circuit 15. In the inner space of the magnetic circuit 15, a linear Hall IC 21 is relatively rotated with respect to the magnetic circuit 15 (point b, point c, point b'). When the linear Hall IC 21 is rotated in the uniform parallel magnetic field, a magnetic flux density detected by the linear Hall IC is varied in proportion to the variation of the rotational angle or a distance from a magnetic material 1 9. As a result, the sensitiveness of the magnetic rotational angle sensor 100 is uniformized insusceptible of a measuring position.
