PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately position using a plurality of light projectors in a medical image photographing device. SOLUTION: The first and the second projectors 3a, 3b are arranged in plurality of positions on the front side of a gantry 2 and whenever a lighting/ light-out switch 6e provided on an operation part 6 of a bed mount 11 is pressed, respective projectors 3a, 3b are switched so as to be lit/lit out according to a prescribed order. A top plate 12 is horizontally moved so that the light from the projector irradiates a desired photographing position of a testee (M) with only either one of the projectors lit. When the positioning by the projector is completed, an automatic top plate feeding switch 6f is pressed so that an automatic feed quantity according to the projector, which is lit on at present and used for positioning, is automatically selected and the automatic feed of the top plate 12 is performed by the automatic feed quantity.
