PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food containing a shrimp meat, having a flavor equivalent to that by using a raw shrimp, in spite of using a frozen shrimp meat as a raw material, giving a soft eat feeling a degree of which can be adjustable as desired and also being utilized as so called a shrimp rice cracker by blending small pieces of the frozen shrimp meat with a wheat flour, a starch and another additive and baking the mixture under heating. SOLUTION: This food containing a shrimp meat formed by baking a dough containing a frozen shrimp or small pieces of a shrimp meat 2 originated from the frozen shrimp together with a ground meat of a fish or a shell fish, to which a wheat flour, a starch and further another additive such as a seasoning material, a spice, etc., are added as desired is obtained by, binding shrimp meat bases constituted by allowing binding parts formed by melting and heat coagulating the ground meat of the fish or the shell fish to be used at least as a part of binding parts 3 for binding the small pieces of the shrimp meat. |
